Mary Ubatuba, DVMDr. Ubatuba attended Northwestern University as an undergraduate, earning her degree in 2001. She then attended the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine and received her DVM degree with honors in 2005. After graduation from vet school, Dr. Ubatuba completed a one year small animal rotating internship at Texas A&M University. 

Dr. Ubatuba has a special interest in dentistry. Outside of work, she enjoys singing in the Tower Chorale, a 90-voice community chorus in Chicago's western suburbs, playing the piano (she was a double major in chemistry and piano performance in undergrad), embroidery and sewing. She also loves to spend time with her husband, who is a junior high school science teacher, their new baby daughter Rose born in November 2015, and their many wonderful pets: Barney, a 14-year-old mixed breed dog; Molly, a 6-year-old Labrador Retriever mix; and two cats — Lily and Black Cat.
